The Baking Association of Canada (BAC) provides a variety of educational programs to assist members in keeping themselves and their employees up-to-date on the latest industry techniques and trends.

BAC encourages members to borrow videos at no cost from our Educational Video Training Library. Through the BAC Correspondance Course Program baking industry employees can participate in a variety of courses.
