TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER -
The individual is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, technical data support for the sales staff and working with customers on new product development. Other responsibilities in Quality Assurance may be a part of the job.
Candidates must hold a Baking Certification and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A Degree in Cereal Chemistry is preferred. A strong technical sense in addition to excellent communication skills is required. Crucial to the position is the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
