Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years Bakery management experience
HACCP or BRC experience
Previous CFIA & FDA experience
Lean manufacturing expertise
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience preferred

SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) has a full time Baking Instructor position available. Applicants should have a Journeymens certificate and a strong background in yeast goods including Artisan Bread baking. Instructors at SAIT have the opportunity to share their knowledge with students in a live production style classroom.
